RagCat Ultralight

Adams Aeronautics Company acquired the design rights to the RagCat Ultralight designed by Roger Mann of RagWing Aircraft Designs back in 2012. We have had this design on the back burner for many years due to updates that were needed to allow the RagCat builder to easily meet USA FAR Part 103 requirements.  Working with Roger, we have enjoyed his enthusiasm and leadership for producing an updated RagCat design.  We have had many discussions with him over the past two years on what needs to be incorporated into the new updated design.  The desire to update this aircraft was driven by Roger once he began his new RagWing Flyer ultralight design.  We have incorporated a number of new features that Roger has included in his new RagWing Flyer into the RagCat.  Roger has been working to get the new prototype build completed as well as working on his Flyer.  Below are pictures of the original RagCat.
